Kashmiri Wild Mountain Honey

Raw, unfiltered honey harvested by indigenous Kashmiri beekeepers from wild hives in the pine and acacia forests of Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg at elevations above 7,000 feet. Unlike commercially pasteurised honey, our wild mountain honey retains all natural enzymes, bee pollen, propolis, and beeswax fragments — responsible for its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and wound-healing properties. The cold mountain air slows fermentation, preserving potency. Rich in natural antioxidants, it has a complex floral flavour profile with notes of pine, wildflowers, and alpine herbs. Traditionally used in Kashmiri homes to soothe sore throats, boost immunity, and sweeten Kahwa.
