Please read these terms carefully before using ValleyNuts. They govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it.

ValleyNuts is a premium online dry fruits store based in Kashmir, India. We are FSSAI certified and committed to transparent, fair dealings with all our customers. These terms are designed to protect both you and us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on valleynuts.shop ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. ValleyNuts reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to place an order. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements. ValleyNuts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Products & Quality
All products sold on ValleyNuts are 100% natural dry fruits and nuts sourced directly from farms in Kashmir and other premium origins. Every batch undergoes laboratory testing for purity, moisture content, and the absence of adulterants before dispatch. Product images are representative; natural variations in colour, size, and shape may occur between batches. We comply with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations and all applicable food safety laws.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will be honoured. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
5. Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. ValleyNuts does not store your card or bank details. In case of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹499. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. ValleyNuts is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. For remote PIN codes, delivery may take longer. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We have a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if: (a) the product received is damaged or tampered with, (b) the product is significantly different from what was ordered, or (c) the product has expired. To initiate a return, please contact valleynuts@valleynuts.shop with your order ID and a photo of the product. Perishable items that have been opened and consumed are not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable quality issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch, a refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected. ValleyNuts reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.
9. User Accounts
You may register using your mobile number or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ValleyNuts is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account. Please notify us immediately at valleynuts@valleynuts.shop if you suspect any unauthorised access.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the intellectual property of ValleyNuts or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from ValleyNuts.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyNuts, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Website. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
12. Privacy & Data
We collect and process your personal data (name, phone, email, address) solely to fulfil orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to data collection as described therein. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. We encourage customers to first reach out to us at valleynuts@valleynuts.shop to resolve any issue amicably before escalating to legal proceedings.
