Grown at altitudes above 5,000 feet in the orchards of Budgam and Baramulla, Kashmir, Mamra almonds are the most prized variety in India. Unlike California almonds, Mamra are smaller, oil-rich, and have an intense flavour developed by the cool mountain climate and mineral-rich glacial soil. Revered in Ayurveda for brain health, they are traditionally soaked overnight and eaten in the morning. Rich in Vitamin E, magnesium, and healthy monounsaturated fats, they support heart health, skin glow, and sustained energy. Each batch is hand-sorted by Kashmiri farmers and tested for purity before dispatch.
